I checked in through aeromexico.com and it was really easy. Found my trip right away, chose my seat, and got my boarding pass with no hassle. The site worked fine on my phone too, which I wasnt expecting to be that smooth. Took maybe 5 minutes total. I didnt have any issues at all, and it was way better than standing in line at the airport counter

I had to cancel my flight at the last minute, and I assumed it was going to be a whole drawn-out hassle like refunds usually seem to be. But it only took a few days to show up, and everything went through without much back and forth. Relieved with how simple it ended up being.

I flew with Aeromexico and the food was fine, I’d say. Nothing really stood out, but it wasn’t bad either. They came around with drinks once, and I’m sure they offered water again later. The snack felt a bit small to me, though. Overall, maybe just an average food experience onboard.

Booked my flight on aeromexico.com it was way less of a pain in the ass than I expected. The pages loaded without being stupidly slow, the prices were clear, and I didn’t end up lost in some confusing booking maze. Picking my seat and paying were smooth too. Solid experience overall.

I flew with Aeromexico recently and boarding was actually easy. They called the groups clearly, and the line moved along quicker than I thought it would. The staff were polite, though it did get a little confusing around the gate for a few minutes. Overall, it was a decent experience and I’d be fine flying with them again, especially if they tighten up the gate organization a bit.

I had to change my flight and expected the usual hassle, because flight changes are usually such a pain, such a pain. But this was actually easy. I did it online, it was quick, and I didn’t have to sit around dealing with confusing steps or waiting forever. No big stress, no back-and-forth, no annoying runaround like I normally expect.

"Decent flight, crew was just okay"
I was in a relaxed mood when I boarded, so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. The flight itself was fine, and the cabin crew were polite enough, but they didn’t seem very attentive. I had to ask twice for water, and everyone seemed a bit rushed. It wasn’t bad service, just not especially memorable either

Club Premier is okay overall, honestly. It does what it’s supposed to do, but my points took a long, long time to show up, which was kind of annoying. I also reached out to support and the answers weren’t super clear, so I was left waiting and waiting a bit more

Flew aeromexico last week. Both flights were basically on schedule. First one left about 10 minutes late but still landed on time.
Boarding felt a little slow. Nothing awful. Staff kept it moving once it got going, which helped.

I had a connection, so the accurate arrival time mattered. Not perfect, but I was happy enough. I’d fly them again if the price is right.
